Feststellungen und Stellungnahmen in Bezug auf die
elektronische Ausweiskarte (Staatsbürger-Karte)  

Wir, die unterzeichnenden Priester, Priestermönche und Mönche der Orthodoxen Kirche Griechenlands erklären aus Besorgnis über den eigentümlichen Zustand der Krise, die unsere Heimat durchmacht und besonders über das Vorhaben der Regierung, ein Gesetz zur elektronischen Staatsgewalt zu erlassen und als ihr Werkzeug die elektronische Ausweiskarte (Staatsbürger-Karte) zu drucken, die diesbezügliche Bekanntmachung der Regierung berücksichtigend, unsere Ablehnung, die elektronische Ausweiskarte aus den nachfolgenden Gründen anzunehmen:

1. Auch wenn wir die produktive Hilfe der Digital-Technologie bei unserem Geschäftsverkehr, bei der wissenschaftlichen Forschung und bei der direkten Ermittlung von Wissen im Internet u.s.w. nicht ablehnen, halten wir doch die endlose Sammlung von persönlichen Daten und die Bildung eines persönlichen Pofils durch die Verknüpfung aller Datenbanken für extrem beunruhigend. Die für jeden Menschen alleinige Zahl und der Mikrochip, den die Karte beinhaltet, bilden laut der Informatikexperten für jeden ihrer Besitzer ein unmenschliches elektronisches Gefängnis. Dies wird sich noch verschlimmern, wenn ihre Verwaltung an Zentren übergeben wird, die bereits jetzt schon das griechische Volk in Mitleidenschaft ziehen und mithilfe der wirtschaftlichen Krise angreifen.

2. Uns beunruhigen ebenfalls die Möglichkeiten der Technologie RFID. Mit der in der Karte eingebauten RFID findet eine direkte Verknüpfung der grundlegenden Daten statt und es besteht die Möglichkeit der Überwachung des Karteninhabers.

3. Das ganze System der elektronischen Verwaltung funktioniert, stets gemäß den Informatikexperten, mit Hilfe der drei „Grenzstrichen“, wie wir sie auf den Warenartikeln sehen, d.h. mit den drei Sechsern. Auf jeden Fall ist der Mikrochip, wie allgemein bekannt, neu programmierbar und jegliche Macht wird den Inhalt der Daten ihrem Willen gemäß neu programmieren können. So wird es ebenfalls möglich sein, auch die Zahl 666, wenn sie nicht schon zu Beginn des Kartendruckes vorhanden ist, zumindest nachfolgend einzufügen.

Unser Widerspruch gegen die Annahme der elektronischen Ausweiskarte, die wir für ungesetzlich und nicht vereinbar mit dem Grundgesetz halten, wird gigantisch, wenn wir bedenken, dass

a) angesehene Juristen nachweisen, dass die Einführung der elektronischen Ausweiskarte unvereinbar mit dem griechischen Grundgesetz und gegen das Europäische Recht ist.

b) das Verfahren zur Annahme der Karte in Zeiten einer ständig angespannten Wirtschaftskrise beschleunigt wird. Eine Tatsache, die den Verdacht erzeugt, dass die Krise von den bekannten Machthabern vorbereitet wurde, um unser Volk unter Beschuss und es vom Widerstand gegen die Karte abzuhalten.

c) nach unseren Informationen die staatlichen Vertreter die Herausgabe der technischen Daten der Karte an die Informatikspezialisten, die im Sondergremium der heiligen Synode mitwirken, verweigern oder zumindest verzögern.

d) das Beharren der staatlichen Regierung auf den Druck der elektronischen Ausweiskarte Fragen über unsere Beziehung mit der bedrohenden Diktatur der „neuen Epoche“ aufwirft, besonders da das Staatsoberhaupt angekündigt hatte, dass eine Weltregierung notwendig geworden ist.

Angesichts dieser Tatsachen erklären wir, dass

• wir kein leeres Blatt unterschreiben. Wir nehmen keine Karte an, von der wir nicht wissen, was sie über uns beinhaltet und wer sie verwaltet.
• wir keine Karte annehmen, die einen neu programmierbaren Chip beinhaltet, der entweder durch eine spezielle Mechanik über Kontakt oder aus der Ferne mit Hilfe von Satelliten aktiviert werden kann.
• wir keine Karte annehmen, die alle Informationen über uns zusammengefasst beinhaltet und vorhat, alle, die sie nicht annehmen, vom Leben auszuschließen. Diese Tatsache verweist uns auf die Offenbahrung, in der steht, dass niemand kaufen oder verkaufen kann, wenn er nicht das Zeichen hat, nämlich den Namen des Tieres oder die Zahl seines Namens.
• wir keine Karte annehmen, mit der wir uns in einen Weltstaat einbürgern, noch der Staatsmacht das Recht geben, uns zu überwachen, bzw. zu beobachten. Sollen sie es illegal tun, wie bisher.
• wir keine Karte annehmen, mit der wir Griechen uns kampflos eine in der Menschheitsgeschichte noch nie da gewesene elektronische Rasterung ergeben.
• wir keine Karte annehmen, mit der wir unsere gottgegebene Freiheit ableugnen, die wir als Griechen in unserer 3000 jährigen nationalen Lebensgeschichte bewahrt haben, um sie in die Hände unbekannter und antichristlicher Mächte zu geben.

Seine Heiligkeit,

verehrungswürdiger Prälat,

der Spielraum, über den wir als Kirche verfügen, um in die ungesetzlichen Pläne der Feinde unserer Freiheit einzugreifen, hat sich enorm verringert. Die „ für die Öffentlichkeit“ vorgetäuschten Beratungen sind zu Ende. Die Karte, das elektronische Gefängnis der Griechen, steht vor den Toren. Deshalb bitten wir um besonders Ihren Eingriff, um Ihr NEIN, damit das schwebende Unheil abgewendet wird.

Ihre kraftvolle Haltung und die Reue aller unserer Priester, Mönche und Nichtgeistlicher, Herrscher und Beherrschten werden dazu beitragen und helfen, dass der dreieinige Gott noch einmal in der Geschichte unser Geschlecht von der kommenden Tyrannei retten wird.

Constatations et prises de position concernant la carte du citoyen

 
Les soussignés prêtres et moines de l'Église Orthodoxe grecque, inquiets de la situation particulière de crise que traverse notre patrie et, spécifiquement, de l'intention du Gouvernement d'appliquer la loi du gouvernement électronique et d'émettre en tant que son outil la Carte du Citoyen, tenant compte les annonces gouvernementales sur ce sujet, on déclare notre refus de recevoir la Carte du Citoyen pour les raisons suivantes:
1. Bien que l'on ne nie pas l'aide créative de la technologie digitale à nos échanges, à la recherche scientifique et au retracement immédiat de la richesse de la connaissance à travers Internet entre d'autres, on trouve cependant inquiétant le vaste rassemblement de données personnelles ainsi que la création du “profil” personnel via l'interconnexion de tous les archives. L'unique pour chaque individu chiffre et la micro-puce qui seront contenus dans la Carte la constituent, selon les experts en Informatique, une cruelle prison électronique pour tous ses possesseurs. Celle-ci sera encore pire au cas où sa gestion serait livrée à des centres qui harcèlent et tirent déjà le peuple grec à travers la crise économique.
2. On est du même inquiétés des possibilités de la technologie RFID. Par l'incorporé dans la carte RFID, se réalise l'interconnexion immédiate des bases de données, ce qui rend possible la surveillance du possesseur de la carte.
3. Tout le système du gouvernement électronique fonctionne, toujours selon les informaticiens, à l'aide de trois délimiteurs, tels que l'on les voit sur les produits, c'est-à-dire les trois six. En tout cas, puisque, comme il est connu, la micro-puce est reprogrammable, chaque autorité pourra reprogrammer le contenu des données à sa guise. Par conséquent, le nombre mal famé 666 pourra ne pas exister à l'émission initiale de la carte mais y être ajouté par la suite.
Notre opposition à recevoir la carte du citoyen, comme celle-ci est illégale et inconstitutionnelle, prend des proportions énormes lorsqu'on pense que:
a) des juristes distingués prouvent que l'imposition de la Carte du Citoyen s'oppose à la Constitution grecque ainsi qu'au Droit européen,
b) les procédures de réception de la Carte s'accelèrent dans une période d'une crise économique qui s'aggrave continuellement, ce qui suscite le soupçon que la crise a été préparée par les dominateurs connus afin de pilonner notre peuple de sorte qu'il ne peut pas résister à l'imposition de la Carte,
c) d'après nos informations, les représentants étatiques refusent – ou, en tout cas, retardent de fournir les traits techniques de la Carte aux professeurs d'informatique qui participent au comité spécial du Saint-Synode,
d) l'obstination des autorités étatiques d'émettre la Carte du Citoyen suscite des questions sur leur rapport avec la dictature menaçante de la Nouvelle Époque, puisque le Premier Ministre a promulgué que l'on a besoin d'un gouvernement mondial.
Suite à tout ce qui est noté plus haut, on déclare que:

• Nous ne mettons pas notre signature sur un papier blanc; nous ne recevons aucune carte dont le contenu ainsi que l'identité de celui qui va la gérer nous sont inconnus.
• Nous ne recevons aucune carte avec une minro-puce reprogrammable, qui puisse être activée soit à bout portant par des appareils spéciaux soit à distance par satellite.
• Nous ne recevons aucune carte, qui accumule tout sur nous et qui cible à exclure de la vie tous ceux qui ne la recevront pas. Cela nous renvoie à l' Apocalypse qui note que personne ne pourra acheter ni vendre s'il n'a pas la marque, le nom de la Bête ou le nombre de son nom.
• Nous ne recevons la carte par laquelle nous nous faisons naturaliser dans l'état mondial, ni n' attribuons-nous aux autorités le droit de nous surveiller. Qu'elles le fassent illégalement, comme jusqu'aujourd'hui.
• Nous ne recevons pas la carte par laquelle nous, les Grecs, nous nous livrons sans lutter à un fichage électronique sans précédent dans l'histoire de l'être humain.
• Nous ne recevons pas une carte par laquelle nous nions notre liberté offerte de Dieu, laquelle nous gardons, en tant que Grecs, tout le long de notre existence nationale de trois mille ans, en la livrant dans les mains des inconnus ou, même, des pouvoirs antichrétiens.

Les délais que l'on a en tant qu'Église d'intervenir aux projets illicites des ennemis de notre liberté sont trop étroits. Les négociations - “pour sauver les apparences” - entravées sur la Carte du Citoyen et la surveillance électronique sont finies. La Carte, la prison électronique des Grecs, est à nos portes. Pour cette raison, on vous prie d'intervenir, de dire Votre NON, de sorte que le danger qui plane sur nous est écarté.

Votre attitude vigoureuse et le repentir de tous les ecclésiastiques, moines et laïcs, gouverneurs et gouvernés, aideront pour que Dieu en trois personnes sauve pour encore une fois dans l'Histoire notre nation de la tyrannie qui s'approche.

Observations and Positions regarding the Greek e-ID card
[“Karta tou Politi” = Citizen’s Card]

Deeply concerned about the unique situation of crisis experienced by our country and especially the Government’s intention to implement the law of e-governance and to issue as its tool the Greek e-ID card [“Karta tou Politi”],and taking into account the related government announcements, the undersigned priests, priest-monks and monks of the Orthodox Church of Greece, declare our refusal to receive this e-id for the following reasons:

1. Although we do not deny the creative help of digital technology in our interactions, in scientific research and in the immediate access to a wealth of information through the internet, etc., we consider the massive gathering of personal information and the formation of personal “profiles” through the interconnection of all databases very disturbing. The unique identification number for each person and the microchip embedded in the e-ID card will –according to IT specialists- render the card an inhuman electronic prison for anyone who possesses it. Things will become worse if its management is handed over to those power centers who are already exhausting and firing at the people of Greece through the economic crisis.

2. We are also alarmed by the capabilities of the RFID technology. The RFID chip embedded in the card enables the immediate interconnection of data bases and renders surveillance of the card-holder possible.

3. According to IT specialists, the entire e-governance system operates with the help of the three dividers , that we see on labels of commercial products, which correspond to the numbers 6 6 6. In any case, since -as is known- the microchip can be re-programmed, each authority will be able to reprogram the data contained at will. Thus, even if the ill-famed number 666 is not present in the original version of the card, it can be added later on.

Our opposition to receiving the e-ID, as illegal and unconstitutional, is magnified when we consider that:

Reputable lawyers prove that the imposition of the e-ID (“Karta tou Politi”) is against both the Greek Constitution and the European Law.

The acceleration of the procedures to implement the e-ID during a period of a constantly deepening economic crisis makes us suspect that the crisis was planned by the authoritarians, in order for our people to be battered and not to be able to resist the imposition of this card.

According to the information we have, the state representatives ate refusing –or at least are delaying- to give the technical characteristics of the Card to the IT professors who participate in the special committee of the Holy Synod.

The insistence of the state authorities to issue the e-ID Card gives birth to many questions about their relation to the raising threat of a New Age dictatorship, since our Prime Minister has declared that “we need Global Governance” .

Considering all the above, we declare:

• We will not sign on white paper – we are not going to receive any card whose contents and whose administrator are unknown to us.
• We will not receive any card with a reprogramable chip, which may be activated by special equipment either by contact, or contactlessly by satellite.
• We will not receive any card which collects all the information concerning our lives and intends to exclude those who will not receive it from life. This reminds us of the Revelation (Apocalypse), in which it is stated that no one will be able to buy or sell, unless he bears the mark, the name of the beast or the number of his name.
• We will not receive any card with which we are naturalized in the global state, neither do we concede the right to the authorities to surveil us. Let them do it illegally, as they have done up to now.
• We will not receive the card which in essence requires us Greeks to surrender without a battle to an electronic profiling unprecedented in the whole history of mankind.
• We will not receive the card with which we would deny our God-given freedom -which we as Greeks have been safeguarding throughout our three thousand year history- and would surrender it into the hands of strangers, or even antichrist forces.

Venerable Hierarchy,

Margins have narrowed for us as a Church to intervene in the lawless plans of the enemies of our freedom.         The carefully planned, seemingly objective consultations for the Greek e-ID Citizen’s Card (Karta tou Politi) are over. The Card and e-governance are at our doorstep. That is why we plead for your intervention, for your NO, in order to deter the overhanging danger.

Your firm stand, and the repentance of all of us –clergy, monks and laymen- will help so that the Holy Trinity may –once again in history- save our people from the forthcoming tyranny.

Ἡ ἱερά Ἀκολουθία τοῦ Ὄρθρου ἐτελεῖτο πάντοτε στά τελειώματα τῆς νύχτας καί στίς πρῶτες ὧρες τῆς ἡμέρας.

Ὁ Κύριος Ἰησοῦς Χριστός, ὁ Σωτήρας μας "ἔκλινεν Οὐρανούς καί κατέβη" μετά τό πηχτό σκοτάδι τῆς πανανθρώπινης ἀποστασίας φέρνοντας τό πιό γλυκό φῶς, τό Φῶς τῆς θεανθρώπινης παρουσίας Του κοντά στόν ἄνθρωπο.

Μύχιος ἱερός πόθος μας εἶναι νά ξεπερνᾶμε τά σκοτάδια τῆς νιοεποχίτικης ἀλαζονίας μας καί νά μαθητεύουμε παρά τούς πόδας τοῦ Κυρίου μας Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ Μόνου ἀληθινοῦ Θεανθρώπου, ζῶντας πάντοτε σέ μιά ἀσίγαστη Ὀρθρινή Δοξολογία.

Ἀληθινή Δοξολογία τοῦ Πατρός καί τοῦ Υἱοῦ καί τοῦ Ἁγίου Πνεύματος ἱερουργεῖται σέ κάθε Ὄρθρο, μέσα στά Ἱερά Μοναστήρια καί στίς Ἅγιες Ἐνορίες τῆς Ὀρθοδόξου Ἐκκλησίας μας ἀνά τήν Οἰκουμένη.

Ταπεινοί Λειτουργοί - Πρεσβύτεροι καί Διάκονοι - τελεσιουργοῦμε τήν Ἱερά Ἀκολουθία τοῦ Ὄρθρου ὁλοκληρώνοντάς την μέ τήν προσφορά τῆς ἀναίμακτης θείας Εὐχαιστίας "ὑπέρ τῶν ἡμετέρων ἁμαρτημάτων καί τῶν τοῦ λαοῦ ἀγνοημάτων..."

Μαζί μας λαϊκοί, οἱ οἰκογένειές μας, τά πνευματικά μας τέκνα, οἱ ἐνορίτες μας, ἄνδρες καί γυναῖκες, ὅλων τῶν ἡλικιῶν, εὐφραινόμαστε καθημερινά ἀπό τά ἀριστουργήματα τῆς Ὀρθρινῆς ἀλλά καί συμπάσης τῆς θείας λατρείας μας.

Ἡ παροῦσα ἠλεκτρονική σελίδα ἐκφράζει τόν ἐνθουσιασμό μας, κληρικῶν καί λαϊκῶν γιά τή θεόπνευστη διαχρονική Λατρεία μας, ὅπως ἔχει ἀλάνθαστα ἀποκρυσταλλωθεῖ στό Μοναστηριακό Τυπικό τῆς Ἁγίας Ὀρθοδοξίας μας, πού ἡ χαρισματική ἀφετηρία του βρίσκεται στό πολύ πλούσιο ἀρχέγονο Ἀσματικό Τυπικό.

Ἰῶτα ἕν καί μία κεραία δέ μᾶς κάνει καρδιά νά ἀλλάξουμε οὔτε νά προσθέσουμε οὔτε νά ἀφαιρέσουμε οὔτε ἀπό τόν ἀριστοτεχνικό λόγο οὔτε ἀπό τό μέλος, ἀφοῦ τά πάντα καλῶς διέταξαν, εὐσχημόνως, ἐπιστημόνως καί κατά τάξιν, οἱ θεόπνευστοι Ἅγιοι Ὑμνογράφοι μέ τίς πολλές πρεσβεῖες τῆς Κυρίας Θεοτόκου, σύν πᾶσι τοῖς Ἁγίοις τοῖς ἀπ' αἰῶνος εὐαρεστήσασι τῶ Κυρίῳ καί μέ τήν ὁλόθυμη συμφωνία τῶν ἀνά τούς αἰῶνες Χριστιανικῶν γενεῶν.

Τά τελευταῖα χρόνια ἡ T.V., ὁ περιοδικός τύπος, τά media γενικά πασχίζουν νά εἰσαγάγουν στήν Ὀρθόδοξη Ἑλληνική κοινωνία μας τά ὑποπροϊόντα τῶν διαφόρων σεκτῶν τῶν πολυπληθῶν αἱρέσεων καί τῶν φαινομενικά ἀθώων μηνυμάτων τῆς νέας Ἐποχῆς πού ἀλλοτριώνουν ὁλόκληρη τή ζωή τοῦ ἀνθρώπου καί ὡς θεωρία και ὡς πρακτική.

Ἡ Μοναδικότητα τοῦ θεανδρικοῦ προσώπου τοῦ Κυρίου μας Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ ἀποτελεῖ τελικά τή μοναδική ἐλπίδα κάθε ἀνθρώπου γιά νά γλυτώνει ἀπό τήν ὀλέθρια ἀλλοτρίωση καί νά ἐγκαινιάζει μέσα του καί γύρω του τό νέο ἐν Χριστῷ πανευτυχῆ καί μακάριο τρόπο ζωῆς.

Ὁ Χριστός ἄς γίνει ὁ πιό φαεινός Ὄρθρος τῆς ζωῆς μας.
